Define yourself.

Some people always have to have a boyfriend/girlfriend. Their boyfriend/girlfriend then becomes a part of their identity. A boy does not define who a girl is and a girl does not define who a boy is. Before you even think about dating someone you should be sure of who you are. You don't need a significant other in life to "complete" you. If you don't know who you are before you date someone then chances are it probably won't even work out. And then when it doesnt work out you will be a complete mess. Things shouldn't work like that. Nothing is worth that much pain, especially if it can be prevented. You are your own person and you are beYOUtiful. Be who you are. Love who you are. Don't change who you are and don't let anyone else define you. Yes you should be with someone you love, your best friend, someone who makes you happy; but they need to still be who they are and you need to be who you are. Let them go out, talk to whoever they want. You can't  control them and they can't control you. You like eachother for a reason. Why change who that person is and what they do? Don't get obsessed with eachother and make sure it's love, not lust. The more emotionally involved you are, the less judgement you have.
